What types of products do you offer?
We exclusively offer digital products, including:

The Shopify stores sold are standardized templates, identical for all customers, and are not exclusive.
No physical products are sold or shipped.
Is the Shopify store exclusive?
No.
The Shopify stores offered are pre-designed templates sold to multiple customers.
The purchase does not grant any exclusivity rights, whether to the store, the niche, or the products that may be presented.
How will I receive my store or ebook?
After payment confirmation:

ebooks are delivered immediately by email or via a download link,

pre-built Shopify stores are delivered by email, with instructions for access, installation, or duplication on your own Shopify account.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address when placing the order.
What is the delivery time?
Ebooks are delivered immediately after payment.
Pre-built Shopify stores are delivered within the timeframe indicated on the product page (usually quickly).
A slight delay may occur in the event of an exceptional technical issue.
Can I request a refund?
As the products are digital, no refunds are granted after delivery, except in the event of a proven technical issue preventing access to or use of the product (e.g., invalid link, corrupted file, or inaccessible template).
In which cases is a refund not possible?
No refund will be granted, including but not limited to the following cases:

change of mind after purchase,

unmet expectations regarding performance or results,

lack of profitability of the store or project,

improper use of the template or ebook,

lack of knowledge or experience in dropshipping or e-commerce,

Can I withdraw after purchase?
No.
In accordance with the legislation applicable to digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access to the product has been provided after payment.
Do you guarantee results or income?
No.
The Shopify stores and ebooks offered are tools and resources.
We do not guarantee any revenue, turnover, or results.
Success depends on many factors beyond the seller’s control (advertising, management, market conditions, investment, customer skills, etc.).
Do the products include coaching or personalized advice?
No.
The products offered are standardized and do not constitute personalized coaching or professional advice (legal, financial, tax, or otherwise).
What should I do in case of a technical issue?
In the event of a genuine technical issue preventing access to the product, please contact us by email and include:

the email address used for the purchase,

the product name,

a description of the issue encountered.
We will take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
Can I modify the store after purchase?
Yes.
Once the template has been delivered and installed on your Shopify account, you are free to modify, customize, and adapt it to your needs, in compliance with the usage rights.
Can I resell or share the store or ebook?
No.
The products are protected by copyright law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes.
We comply with Swiss legislation and the GDPR for European customers.
Collected data is limited and is never resold.
