Return Policy – Digital Products

Nature of the Products

The products offered on this website are exclusively digital products (digital content), delivered electronically, usually by email or via a download link, after payment confirmation.

No Physical Returns

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, no physical return or exchange is possible after the product has been delivered.

No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss legislation and Article 16(m) of European Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the performance of the contract begins immediately after payment validation,

  • the digital product is delivered without any physical medium,

  • the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted.

No refund may be requested after the product has been delivered, except in the cases outlined below.

Refunds

No refunds will be granted once the digital product has been delivered, except in the event of a proven technical issue preventing access to or use of the product (for example: non-functional download link, corrupted file).

In such cases, the Customer must contact support by email within a reasonable time after purchase so that a solution can be offered (issue correction, resending the file, or, if applicable, a refund).

Non-Refundable Products

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

  • change of mind after purchase,

  • improper use of the product,

  • incompatibility due to a lack of information or skills on the part of the Customer,

  • access to the product already completed without any technical issue,

  • inability to use the product due to the Customer’s technical environment.
